Retakes

I know I said I was done, but I had to retake some pictures. My flash batteries died and I didn't think to take off the flash until after these guys left. Their pics looked ok in a 4x6, but they didn't look good if we went any bigger. These ones look much better.









The rest are of my cute little photogenic cousin who didn't like the first ones we took. I hope you like these ones. I think they are great, but I really liked the first ones too.

Finished Family Shoot

I decided that I couldn't post anymore pictures until I finished editing all of the pictures from this photo shoot. I am done and overall very happy with the results. It was a great experience and I realize I have a lot to learn still. Thanks for the opportunity I really enjoyed it. Be prepared for a picture overload!!!

How could you not enjoy taking pictures of these cute girls. (I am proud to say that I am related.)

Hey Look

I know I already posted this picture, but I am so excited because I finally figured out how to add a Vignette. I had my class tonight and finally asked the teacher after class. He asked if I had looked at the very last exercise in the book. I came home and tried it and couldn't get it the way I wanted. After about 2 hours I got it.

I couldn't work on pictures today. Well except for the last few hours, but I had to figure it out. I will get back to editing tomorrow.

Just a very small Preview

I had a family photo shoot yesterday. I also did individuals. I am really excited and hopefully they turn out ok. I haven't worked with more than a family of three, so this was a new experience for me. I know this isn't much of a preview, but I thought I would share the first edited of the bunch. I had to do a lot of deleting and organizing before I could get to the editing. I will have more done tomorrow. Hope you like them?

A Trip to the Farm

We went up to Wheeler farm today with Grandpa. It was hot (or at least I though it was hot). The kids were hungry and tired, but it was still fun to hang out with Grandpa. We went to see a bull, that was only a week old today. We let the kids walk around a little and then decided to get out of the heat and get some lunch. We didn't need much time to get some cute pictures though.













On this last one I took about 5 pictures and decided that I wasn't going to be able to get them all to look at the camera at the same time, let alone smile. I wasn't going to even try, but I do like how this one turned out.

Wedding Pictures

I took some pictures at Travis' sister's wedding almost two weeks ago. It has taken me forever to get through them with the holiday week last week. I was not the photographer at the wedding, just shooting some extras. These cute kids are my favorites from the evening...

Homework

I'm taking a Photoshop class right now and this is our first assignment for the class. I thought I would share since this is the first picture I have touched from Kendall's blessing day. Sorry Kayti it's the first and last pictures until I get through the wedding pictures. I should be able to get to them starting tomorrow.

Too Cute!

I know it's been forever...almost a month. Crazy how time flies. There will plenty pictures to come in the next few weeks. I am a little behind on my editing. I should be posting some pictures from Travis' sister's wedding, but this was too cute this morning. You can never have enough socks, right?
