Harrison was not in the mood for pictures. We had a real hard time trying to get him to smile and keep his attention, but I think we got some good ones. Good thing I took a lot of pictures.

This last one makes me laugh. Look a little familiar? If you didn't see the last one, check out the last picture on the link. This time he was a little more sly about it. He must not like my camera?

Brooklynn's Brain at Work
I should blog the things my kids say more often because I always think I will remember later and I never do. Here's a good one...
Brooklynn loves watching the garbage truck every week. Our neighbor has a diesel truck and when she hears it she thinks it's the garbage truck. This morning when the garbage truck came she watched it as usual and then was puzzled because it went right past our house. We just got back from taking Braiden to school and the garbage truck was back. He must have left earlier because he was having problems with his truck. When he came back he was still having problems. His truck kept dying and he had to keep starting it back up. As he was finishing up and we were going in the house Brooklynn said "the garbage truck needs batteries, it's not working. It's having problems."
I'm always amazed when I see their little brains at work. It's funny to me how many things my kids remember and how they put things together.

These are for you...
... Amy (although Grandpa and Grandma might like them too). My awesome photography friend let me borrow her lights for a photo shoot. That night after the kids got ready for bed, we had some fun. I'm surprised that the ones of them together weren't all blurry. They were being super silly.

Brooklynn was loving the camera or maybe it was just the cool lights.
I'm so glad I got this next one. I love it!!

She loves her tights. She went and got these while I was trying to take some pictures of Braiden.

What do you think? Totally worth going to bed late huh!

Coming...
eventually. Travis and I spent a week in Mexico to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. It was great! I'm working on a few photo shoots I did before we left and have a few more coming up so hopefully I can share some pictures from our trip soon. Here are a few for now...
